How To Take Liquid SARMs
I thought it was time I sat down and wrote to quick guide on how to take liquid SARMs effectively.
The problem is that it’s easy to not get the entire dose when you are taking liquid SARMs, and I’m going to explain to you exactly why that’s the case.
What worries me is that some people out there are dosing SARMs at one level, but in actual fact are getting less than 50% of the total dose interaction.
So sit back and relax, because I’m going to tell you about the different ways you can take SARMs, how to take liquid SARMs the right way, and if there are any problems with mixing SARMs with other liquids that you should be aware of.
The Different Ways That You Can Take SARMs
When it comes to consuming SARMs to use for bodybuilding, you have several options.
It’s important to point out here that the SARMs within each of these options are exactly the same in structure.
What happens is, the raw powder is either kept on its own, or dissolved/suspended into another format. So it doesn’t matter how you’re taking it, it’s exactly the same raw materials you are consuming.
These are the different formats of SARMs that you have to choose from:
1. The liquid SARMs are the most widely used method of consuming Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. They are in effect powdered SARMs dissolved/suspended in a carrier liquid. The upside is that they are very easy to consume, and easy to buy. The downside is that it’s tough to get the entire dose accurately.
2. Raw powder SARMs are the base the other formats are made from. They can be taken as a powder, but that’s a bit difficult. You can suspend them in liquid yourself, but that can be messy. They are very cheap, but more difficult to deal with.
3. SARMs capsules are fantastic for convenience. They are just the raw powder contained in a dissolvable capsule. You can get the exact dose you need; they are painless and easy to take, and very convenient. On the downside though, they are almost twice the price of powder and liquid.
4. The last SARMs format is injectable SARMs. Again, this is the powder dissolved and suspended in a carrier liquid. On the upside, subcutaneous injection is very easy and an effective way to get the exact dose. On the downside though, you’ve got the risk of infection, higher costs, and far lower availability.
How To Take Liquid SARMs Correctly
The great news is that it’s really easy to take liquid SARMs.
They come in small dropper bottles, and all you have to do is put the required number of drops under your tongue.
You then let them sit there for about one minute. This allows them to start being sublingually absorbed directly into your bloodstream.
After about a minute, you will swallow the rest. Then drink a small glass of water, and make sure you swill your mouth out before swallowing as well, to ensure you get the entire dose.
The reason you have to be so thorough is that some doses are very small. For something like Ligandrol, you could be taking a dose as low as 5 mg, and you have to make sure you absorb all of that.
The problem you have with liquid SARMs is not so much absorbing them, it’s getting the right dose into your mouth in the first place.
Most liquid SARMs are dosed at X milligrams per milliliter, so it could be 50 mg/mL.
The liquid dropper bottles you buy have a small pipe to dispenser in them, and you squeeze the rubber top to fill up the little pipe (pipette).
The problem comes in that some of these dropper bottles don’t tell you how much a full pipe contains. Others though, graduate it with markings, so you can see when 1 mL of liquid is in the pipe.
So as long as you know the format of the dropper bottle you are buying, then you can know how much is contained in the pipe, which you then squeeze to place under your tongue.
Can You Mix Liquid SARMs With Other Substances?
It’s perfectly possible to mix liquid SARMs with other substances. That means you can take them with other supplements, or anything else you want.
However, it’s important to understand that the more you flood your body, the longer it will take to process things. That means your SARMs dose will be concentrated.
For me, I would recommend you take SARMs on a completely empty stomach. Although a lot of the liquid SARMs will be taken in sublingually, a lot of the dose won’t.
I would make sure you haven’t eaten at least three hours before you take the SARMs, and for an hour afterwards do not eat or drink more than a small glass of water with the SARMs.
Buying Liquid SARMs That Are Safe To Use
So I hope that’s been helpful to you guys, and that you will now be a bit more aware of how you should take liquid SARMs to get the maximum benefit from the dose as you are using.
You’ll also need to make sure that you are buying high-quality sublingual liquid SARMs that have a high purity so that you know you are getting the correct dosage.
I would recommend you look at the SARMs from Science.bio first. There are other companies out there, but for overall quality and price, I have not found anyone better.
They publish purity reports of each batch of SARMs, so you can see how pure they are, and be reassured each batch is being tested for purity and safety as well. I can’t emphasize enough how much good purity is, especially when most of the SARMs out there are constructed in unregulated Chinese labs.
Science sell every single type of the major SARMs, and many other more minor ones, at great prices in liquid dropper bottle format.
